(every sister was drastically different and activated something different on my own personal spectrum) and the opportunity for surrender, self-advocacy, and claiming authenticity has enough time to be met and loved on by me or by facilitators. I would recommend this to women who are starting their spiritual journey and looking for a bridge between including practices in their day and incorporating tools that are related to elements and inner medicine. My experience was made beautiful by the in-between parts of activities (the talks, sit-down eats, relaxation, aligned bump-ins with facilitators, and others). My transformation was seeing so much of my spiritual gifts without knowing yet how to embody them, but I could feel my connection to earth (prior) through the container of women I felt the love ascend to show me my spiritual royalty. It’s almost a year since the retreat and now I see I am ready to embrace the gifts I was shown in the ceremony and to honor myself in earthly, cosmic, and energetic ways."

It was a beautiful presence and container with women that gifted me exactly what I needed at the time: sisterhood and initiation in all forms

Walking away as well with more understanding of my emotions and my fears, having more acceptance of my body and my true self. I would recommend this retreat to someone who wants to feel more connected to themselves, to nature, who is looking for answers to questions that they don’t necessarily understand, you just need to have an open heart to receive and the universe will provide. Areli is so amazing - human and Divine and holds such beautiful space for everyone to show up as their full selves as well. I experienced sisterhood and support like I never have in my life before. She could feel when I needed a hug or a check-in and was the boost I needed to continue to show up. I felt completely comfortable singing, dancing, expressing my truth, and being witnessed in my rawest authenticity, and my desires and dreams felt so supported. It was my first retreat, I didn’t expect much but the unique experience was refreshing and moving. Areli and Ayama are both amazing. I will join them again and again. Definitely recommend them if you want a great local experience and a vacation for your mind and soul in Costa Rica.
